Baldacci has once again done a fabulous job of writing this ever so compelling work that his readers can grasp and truly enjoy the ride.Two of my favorite mystery/suspense writers are Lee Child and David Baldacci. This continues to be the case for me with Baldacci’s new book, “The Fallen” which is his fourth adventure with Amos Decker, referred to as the Memory Man. There are very few books by either author that I haven’t enjoyed. When tragedy befalls Jamison’s family, she is happy to set the case aside, but Decker is determined to get to the bottom of everything going on, including trying to learn more about the town pariah, a man whose family has influenced the community since its inception. What can I say about this book besides it's another stellar entry into an already great series? When Decker makes a solid connection between these drug deaths and someone in town, he will stop at nothing to reveal the full picture, even if it costs him everything. He has hyperthymesia and Two men are found murdered in a home presumed to have been abandoned. The hook is Amos Decker's incredible memory and ability to see colors when others would feel emotions, a condition caused by a traumatic head injury.
