Just order online or in the app and you'll get points. Double whammy. Their app is terrible. Defeats the purpose.

They gave out free chips and guacamole to app users in November. I eat at Chipotle every week.

I have a $20 gift card that I’m trying to use to pay for my food but every time I add my gift card to the app it says $0 balance but when I check the balance online it says $20. If you like the classic pick up experience, we've still got that, too. HOW DIFFICULT CAN THIS BE? I go to the cards screen in the app and it wants the CCV and expiration date, while all I have is a QR code and a number.
