All in all, The Dirties is a very good film, albeit a rushed ending, which can, and will pick up more awards, deservedly so.

I wasn't confused by what happened, and you describe it clearly, but you don't address why it would make sense to just end the movie right then.It was meant to end abruptly as to show just how completely off the wire Matt had become.
